The Site is operated by Red Stick Cyber LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company ("Red Stick Cyber," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Red Stick Cyber LLC is a cybersecurity consulting firm registered in Louisiana, USA. We provide fractional security leadership (vCISO), executive consulting, framework assessments, risk and vulnerability assessments, tabletop exercises, policy and governance development, and cybersecurity training, all through separate written engagement agreements.
2. Use of the Site
You may access and use the Site for your own informational and business purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree that you will not:
- Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our hosting infrastructure, or any related system.
- Conduct security testing, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or any other intrusive activity against the Site without our express written permission. (If you believe you've found a vulnerability, please follow our Responsible Disclosure policy.)
- Use any automated system, scraper, or bot to access, harvest, or copy content from the Site, except for well-behaved search engine indexing consistent with our
robots.txt. - Submit fraudulent or malicious content through the contact form or any other input.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers and networks that host it.
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Site content beyond fair-use quoting with attribution, without our written permission.
- Use the Site to transmit unsolicited marketing, malware, or other harmful content.

It is not legal, regulatory, financial, or specific cybersecurity advice for your particular situation. You should not act or rely on the content of this Site as a substitute for engaging a qualified professional. Cybersecurity outcomes depend on facts and circumstances we cannot evaluate without an engagement.
4. Engaging Red Stick Cyber
Visiting the Site, submitting our contact form, scheduling a consultation, or exchanging emails with us does not by itself create a consultant-client relationship or any binding obligation on either party. A consultant-client relationship begins only when Red Stick Cyber LLC and you (or your organization) sign a written engagement letter, statement of work, master services agreement, or similar contract. Until then, communications through this Site are not confidential and are not subject to any privilege.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and underlying code — are owned by Red Stick Cyber LLC or our licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. The Red Stick Cyber name and logo are trademarks of Red Stick Cyber LLC. No license to any of these rights is granted by your use of the Site, except a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view the Site for the purposes described in Section 2.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services, including the Microsoft Bookings page used to schedule consultations and the Formspree service that processes our contact form. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of any third-party site or service is governed by that party's own terms.
7. Disclaimers
No warranty
The Site and all content on it are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Stick Cyber disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or available at any particular time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Stick Cyber LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any content on it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged through a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Ascension Parish or East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
14. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written engagement agreement we sign with you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Red Stick Cyber LLC concerning your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
