Red Stick Cyber LLC ("Red Stick Cyber," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit redstickcyber.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
You can use most of this site without giving us any personal information. We collect personal information only when you:
- Submit our contact form. The form on the homepage collects your name, email address, organization (optional), area of interest, and the contents of your message. Submissions are processed by Formspree, our form-processing provider, and delivered to us by email. Formspree handles spam filtering and may briefly store submissions to perform that function.
- Book a consultation. When you click "Book Consultation," you are taken to a Microsoft Bookings page hosted by Microsoft. To schedule a meeting, that page asks for your name, email address, and any information you choose to add to a comments field. The data you submit there is processed by Microsoft on our behalf and delivered to us through Microsoft 365.
- Email us. If you email info@redstickcyber.com, training@redstickcyber.com, or any other Red Stick Cyber address, we receive whatever information you choose to share, including your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
1.2 Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider, Tiiny.host, keeps standard server access logs to operate and protect this website. These logs typically include IP address, user-agent string, referring URL, and timestamps. We do not use these logs to build a profile about you and we do not combine them with the information you submit to us.
1.3 Cookies and analytics
Red Stick Cyber does not place advertising cookies or run third-party analytics on this site. Our hosting provider, our form provider, and our booking provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to operate their services. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and choose privacy-friendly tooling that does not require an intrusive cookie banner.
2. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiries and route training questions to the right person.
- Schedule consultations and provide the services you ask us to provide.
- Send you information you request, such as proposals, follow-ups, or scheduling confirmations.
- Operate, secure, and improve our website.
- Comply with applicable law and respond to legal requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Service providers
We use a small set of vendors to run our business. These vendors are bound by their own privacy commitments and may process your information on our behalf:
- Formspree — receives and forwards contact-form submissions, applies spam filtering.
- Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Bookings — email, calendar, and consultation scheduling.
- Tiiny.host — website hosting and DNS.
- Domain registrar and certificate authority — domain registration and TLS certificates.
4. How long we keep your information
We keep the information you provide for as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry, deliver the services you've engaged us for, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. If you would like us to delete records that are not subject to a legal retention requirement, contact us at the address in Section 9.
5. How we protect your information
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Request access to the information we hold about you.
- Request correction of information that is inaccurate.
- Request deletion of information we are not required to retain.
- Opt out of further communications from us at any time.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Children's privacy
This website is directed at business and government users and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged through a prominent notice on the site or by email if you have given us your address.
